 Your success at work

Together with your colleagues in Ireland and reporting to the Country Manager for Ireland, your workday will mainly focus on sales to existing and new workwear distributors. You should be able to see yourself presenting MASCOT’s workwear and safety footwear to distributors, and to train, develop and make joint enduser calls with the distributor’s sales teams. You provide the best service and guidance on the market.

 You are not afraid to engage in close dialogue with distributors and end-users. Your success depends on your drive, your persistence, getting work done and how successful you are in creating contacts and relationships; which also ensures that your pipeline is maintained. You will be responsible for sales to distibutors and, to a lesser extent, end users. You will need to canvas potential new distributors, and your success will be reflected in your results.

 Who are you?

You love to sell solutions and products, and you love exploring opportunities to grow with our distributors. You have an eye for potential sales and you are not afraid to make contact with others in order to get the sale. In other words, you possess a well-developed hunting gene! You have at least 3-5 years of experience in sales, and you have had success in selling to retail outlets, possibly in the area hardware related products.

 As a person you have a high drive, which is important both when you take the initiative and start something new, and when you need to finish.  Your CV should be stable, showing commitment and dedication, and a passion for what you do. Your sales district will cover the Munster area, and it is expected that you live in this area. We also have an opening in the Dublin area.
