Area Sales Manager

Then you may be our new Area Sales Manager for Slovenia!

MASCOT® WORKWEAR is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Area Sales Manager who is eager to drive our entry into the Slovenian market. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced sales professional to build and grow our presence in Slovenia, driving business expansion and establishing MASCOT as the preferred provider of workwear and safety footwear solutions.

Your tasks and areas of responsibility:

Establishing and growing MASCOT's brand presence and market share in Slovenia, in close collaboration with our country manager from Austria and your colleagues from Austria and Croatia.

  • Acquisition of new distributors and B2B end-customers including key account customers.
  • Product advice for distributors and B2B end-customers.
  • Building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including decision makers at all levels.
  • Recognizing customer and business requirements, and develop tailormade solutions through competent customer analysis.
  • Implementation of marketing strategies in the area.
  • Accompanying all sales phases: from the initial contact through the qualification and processing of leads, independent project management and implementation of concept solutions.
  • Representing our company at exhibitions to strengthen our brand awareness. 

If you …

  • have at least 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager/ Area Sales Manager/ Key Account Manager in a B2B environment,
  • feel the drive for establishing a successful brand within the Slovenian marketplace,
  • bring a lot of energy and a winning mentality as well as a passion for acquiring new customers,
  • have great negotiating skills and the ability to build sustainable relationships through a convincing attitude,
  • have PSA industry knowledge it will be an advantage,
  • master Slovenian on a native level, as well as
  • speak and write English or German fluently,
  • live in the central part of Slovenia and have a home office,
  • have the drive and mentality of a hunter,
