As our new Visual Merchandise Coordinator, you will be an important part of ensuring that our products are always presented in the best and most innovative way both in stores and on trade fairs, demonstrating our innovative design and high-quality products.
With reference to our In-Store Manager, you will get to work with a wide range of tasks, including:
You will join the In-Store team who work with our shop-in-shop solutions in our distributors’ stores as well as our participation in trade fairs across Europe. You will become a part of an international team consisting of skilled and passionate colleagues, where the team culture is based on collaboration, sparring and helping each other out, while having fun.
You may expect 20-30 travel days per year.
You have a relevant educational background within Visual Merchandising, Retail Design or similar combined with at least five years of work experience as a Visual Merchandiser preferably in an international context, where you also have acquired skills within defining, designing and implementing visual merchandising guidelines. You have experience with project management, and you are curious and up to date on the latest trends in visual merchandising and consumer trends. You have experience with 3D drawing software such as SketchUp (or similar) as well as designing retail concepts/store layout with a visual expression that truly communicates the company’s DNA.
On a personal note, you have a creative mindset, but are also able to work structured, create an overview of your tasks and meet your deadlines, even when days are busy. You have a good understanding of quality materials. You are proactive and passionate, and your high energy and positive attitude affects people around you.
Last, but not least, you speak English fluently, both in writing and in speech, and is an advantage if you also speak Danish. Preferably you also master another European languages (German, Dutch, etc.).

State-of-the-art headquarters created for job satisfaction and a dynamic workplace
In September 2018, MASCOT moved into the headquarters in Pårup, west of Silkeborg. From here we offer a dynamic day in our state-of-the-art headquarters. The headquarters is built and decorated with focus on community, a good working environment and in such way, it supports the internal workflows. The lunch is made by our skilled chefs in the restaurant. Before and after work, you can freely use our well-equipped fitness centre with our own fitness instructor and state-of-the-art machines.
MASCOT’s headquarters is located next to the Herning motorway and main road A13, which provides easy access by car from all of central Jutland and East Jutland.
