Your Mission
As AI Lead, you will be the central figure for AI innovation at MASCOT. You’ll identify opportunities, lead change, and ensure our AI initiatives not only deliver measurable value, but also empower our employees and align with ethical and legal standards.
Core Responsibilities
As part of our TA team of eight, you’ll focus on identifying, engaging, and nurturing talent for roles mainly across Europe. You will play a crucial role in setting the foundation for successful recruitment by
- Identify, design, and lead high-impact, AI-powered process improvements
- Foster a strong AI culture through internal training, engagement, and upskilling
- Continuously monitor emerging AI technologies and trends, assess risks and benefits, and translate insights into actionable opportunities
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI standards, data privacy laws, and relevant regulations
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across all locations from Denmark to Vietnam
- Serve as the go-to expert and central point of contact for AI initiatives across the organization
- Oversee the deployment, quality, and stability of AI solutions in daily operations
- Act as a change champion in MASCOT’s digital transformation efforts
What You Bring
- Preferably a Master’s degree in Computer Science (AI, Data Science, Digital Transformation etc.)
- Preferably certification in AI ethics, compliance, or data governance
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and hands-on experience implementing them in business environments
- Proficiency in project and change management methodologies
- Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English, with the ability to explain complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Analytical mindset, structured problem-solving skills, and a collaborative, proactive attitude
- High levels of curiosity, ownership, and a drive to continuously improve
