Our Export Customer Service team is at the heart of our global operations, and you'll be part of a 50-strong team dedicated to exceeding our customers’ expectations and supporting our international sales colleagues. We offer a temporary position with an initial duration of 12 months with the possibility of extension.

What you’ll do:

As a key member of our Export Customer Service team, you'll be the voice of MASCOT, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service while collaborating closely with our teams in Denmark and Vietnam.

You will:

  • Connect and engage with customers via phone and email, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Guide and advise customers and distributors on our extensive product range.
  • Handle returns and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Support customers on our online platforms and digital services.
  • Process orders and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Who you are:

  • Fluent in German (English or Danish is a plus).
  • Experienced in customer service, sales, or a related field, with a relevant educational background.
  • Tech-savvy with a strong grasp on CRM, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
  • Outgoing, service-oriented, and a natural team player with a proactive mindset.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.

You will work from our HQ in Pårup, Denmark during:

  • Monday-Wednesday: 08.00-16.30
  • Thursday: 08.00-16.00
  • Friday: 08.00-14.00
