Front End Web Developer

MASCOT  is expanding its online activities!  

As a fast-growing international company, we are looking for a talented Front End Web Developer to join our development team in Hanoi. The focus of the developer will be to work closely with the backend development team to create innovative websites and ecommerce applications. We are searching for someone who has created websites that strike a perfect balance between aesthetics and usability. This position is a great opportunity for a self-motivated individual excited to create one-of-a-kind websites. You should be eager, self-motivated, focused and excited to collaborate with a creative team to help execute concepts. 

Responsibilities and tasks 

• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs 
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use 
• Ability to work within a team structure as well as independently to ensure deliverables are achieved on time while maintaining the highest quality 
• Develop high traffic, large scale and concurrent desktop and mobile websites 
• Create standard compliant, cross browser compatible CSS & HTML code 
• Communicate and work with foreign colleagues in the office or via the internet  

Qualifications and skills 

• At least 4 years expertise with modern website front-end development including HTML5, CSS3, Javascript / Javascript frameworks and browser compatibility 
• Strong JavaScript experience (VueJS / ReactJS / Angular)  
• Experience designing and coding websites using Responsive Design techniques (Mobile first approach) and BEM pattern 
• Understanding of client-side performance optimization 
• Experience with Figma is an advantage 
• Experience with developing work in a web (.NET) based environment is an advantage 
• Positive working attitude, good self-study abilities, know about the new technologies 
• Able to read, write and communicate in English
