At MASCOT, we develop our own sales platforms to customers across a wide range of industries and countries. As our new Customer Success Manager, you will become a strategic partner and the link between our eCommerce department, sales organisation and distributors. Your main focus will be to increase international eCommerce sales and optimise our digital revenue through existing distributors as well as develop new markets.
We have ambitious plans with our digital channels, and we have identified a large growth potential. We are looking for a strong commercial profile that can help us release this potential.
Your tasks will, among others, be to:
In this role you will report directly to our Head of eCommerce and join a professional and skilled team of five employees. This role is cross-organisational meaning you will work in close collaboration with highly ambitious colleagues in our large sales organisation across Europe as well as our Marketing and IT departments.
You hold a relevant marketing degree combined with some years of experience from a role as a Product Owner or similar, where you have gained hands-on experience working with digital business development in a cross-organisational manner. Furthermore, you have solid knowledge of digital integration solutions and Google Analytics, as well as some knowledge of EDI and API. As your job will include handling a large amount of data, it is necessary that you have solid experience with Excel.
On a personal note you have an analytical mind-set which enables you to make data driven recommendations to our customers. You are a strong communicator and you can and have experience with communication across knowledge levels, both internally and externally.
As you will work in close collaboration with our German distributors, it is a must that you master German on negotiation level both in writing and in speech.

In September 2018, MASCOT moved into our headquarters in Pårup, west of Silkeborg. From here we offer a dynamic day in a state-of-the-art headquarters. The headquarters is built and decorated with focus on community, a good working environment and in such way, it supports the internal workflows. The lunch is made by our skilled chefs in the restaurant. Before and after work, you can freely use our well-equipped fitness centre with our own fitness instructor and state-of-the-art machines.
