Reseller Success Manager

As our Reseller Success Manager, you are the go-to person for our strong network of distributors, making sure they grow their online sales, achieve business goals, and maximize their use of our platforms.

Your Role:

You thrive on improving customer satisfaction and growing online business and can look forward to a workday consisting of

• eCommerce Business Development: Manage and grow our existing customer portfolio across MASCOT platforms
• Develop and implement digital solutions, analyze existing digital business performance, and drive growth through our DropShipping and Webshop platforms
• Internal Training & Support: Act as the eCommerce expert within the sales organization, providing training and support to ensure efficient use of MASCOT’s digital tools across multiple markets

We’re looking for:

• Fluency in both German and English
• Experience in eCommerce, with a strong understanding of online sales platforms, digital growth strategies, and B2B or B2C models
• Tech-savvy business acumen and excitement about implementing digital solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a talent for building relationships and training teams
• A proactive, high-energy attitude with the drive to push digital initiatives forward
