Talent Acquisition for our German-speaking markets
As Talent Acquisition Specialist you will focus on the recruitment processes for our German-speaking markets, where we mainly hire new Sales Representatives. You are responsible for the process from start to finish and in collaboration with the hiring manager you will ensure that job descriptions and job adverts are spot on and posted via the right platforms.
You will search for candidates via LinkedIn (Corporate Solution), and it is your responsibility to assess and select the applicants we should continue the dialogue with. You will receive the necessary training and certification in our personality profiling tools so you can give feedback to the candidates, and in collaboration with the hiring manager you will select and hire the strongest candidates.

You will report to our Head of Talent Acquisition, who also works from our head office in Pårup. Our Talent Acquisition team consist of five people, and we work closely together, we value knowledge sharing, all inputs are valued and we’re good at remembering to have fun. Our team is a part of our HR department consisting of 12 colleagues who have broad international experience from Germany, France, England, Austria, Spain, Ireland and of course Denmark.

MASCOT's headquarters are in Pårup, just west of Silkeborg. We are located next to the Herning motorway and the A13 highway, making it easy to get there from the entire central and eastern Jutland area.
