We are looking for a new colleague with excellent Swedish skills for our Nordic customer service team.
Dynamic days in an international environment
At MASCOT, it is not only our products that are of top quality – it is also our customer service. In this role you will join our Nordic customer service team, and together with 37 skilled colleagues you will give our customers and external sales colleagues a service that live up to or exceed their expectations. Not two days are alike, and you will have a wide range of tasks that among others include:
You will report to our Customer Service Manager and work closely together with colleagues in the Nordic team in Denmark as well as colleagues working from our site in Hanoi, Vietnam.
Customer service profile with excellent Swedish or Finnish skills
You hold a relevant education within administration, communication, sales or trade, and preferably you also have experience from a similar job or a relevant job as a student assistant in an international company. You must master Swedish and English both in writing and in speech. You have strong IT skills, and it is a plus if you have worked with CRM, Outlook and Microsoft Office.
On a personal note, you are outgoing, and being helpful and service oriented is part of your DNA. You are a team player, but you can also handle tasks on your own. You thrive in a dynamic environment where you will handle a wide range of tasks where several of them are routine tasks. You have a can-do attitude; you are driven and you are proactive in your approach. You are structured and pay attention to the important details, which enables you in handling your tasks and meeting deadlines without losing focus – even when days are busy. Furthermore, it is a plus if you have a stable CV.
You are persistent and quality oriented in your work approach and creating solid and long-term relations with our customers will be motivating for you. You are passionate about delivering top quality customer service and your ability to structure your work day and maintain an overview will make you successful. State-of-the-art headquarters created for job satisfaction and dynamism
In September 2018, we moved into our headquarters in Pårup, west of Silkeborg. From here we offer a dynamic day in a state-of-the-art headquarters. The headquarters is built and decorated with focus on community, a good working environment and in such way, it supports the internal workflows. The lunch is made by our skilled chefs in the restaurant. Before and after work, you can freely use our well-equipped fitness centre with our own fitness instructor and state-of-the-art machines.
MASCOT’s headquarters is located next to the Herning motorway and main road A13, which provides easy access by car from all of central Jutland and East Jutland.
