We are growing in Finland and therefore are we looking for multiple Area Sales Managers to join our Finnish team – one of which will be located in Oulu area.
About the job
Your primary role is to find new distributors and support our current distributors with sale of MASCOT product to end-user companies. You work independently and actively engage in promoting our products, which helps our distributors’ sale. All MASCOT product sales are done together with our distributors – our key to success.
Your sales area is located in northern Finland and Oula area, but you will also help your colleagues in other parts of Finland. You will have various tasks, and you must be willing to travel as well as stay overnight. When you are not visiting customers, you will work from your home office.
You will be a part of a team with colleagues all over Finland referring to our Country Manager. Our team will grow within the next 6 months to support our increased sales and to guarantee improved results in the future.
Your tasks in the job:
You have at least 3 years of experience as a Sales Representative/Account Manager/Area Sales Manager in a B2B environment, and you have experience with workwear and safety footwear and/or PPE-products. You can present solid and measurable results from previous jobs, and you have good negotiation skills. You have a persuasive personality, and you make long-term relationships with customers and distributors. You have a knowledge of MS Office, and you are used to working in a structured manner and using a CRM system to identify/follow-up on customers in your area.
In order to ensure the best results in the job, it is important that you work independently and have a strong work ethic – occasionally exceeding normal work hours. You take responsibility for your tasks and deadlines and follow up on planned activities.
It is expected that you already live in the district - in the Oulu Area. You speak Finnish on native level, and you can communicate in English with colleagues at our headquarters in Denmark. Swedish skills are an advantage, but not demanded. You must have the opportunity to establish a home office and are willing to travel approximately 30 days a year.
