At MASCOT, we develop our own online and sales platforms for our customers across a wide range of industries and countries. As our new Product Owner, you will be responsible for the technical performance including development, conversion and traffic to our online platforms, where your main focus will be to optimise our site performance.
We have ambitious plans with our digital channels, and we have identified a large growth potential. Therefore, we are now looking for a commercially and analytically strong profile that can help us release it.
Your tasks will, among others, be to:
In this role you will report directly to our Head of eCommerce and join a professional and skilled team of four employees. This role is indeed cross organisational meaning that you will work in close collaboration with highly ambitious colleagues in our large Marketing and IT departments.
You have a relevant education within e.g., web development, programming, Multimedia Design or Digital Concept Development combined with some years of experience within a similar role, where you have gained hands-on experience working with digital platform development in a cross-organisational manner.
You have solid knowledge with Content Management Systems (e.g. Sitecore), technical SEO (header-response-codes, indexing, dead links, domains and sub-domains, internal link-structure, duplicated and redundant content, etc.). You are also experienced in UX analysis and optimisation.
On a personal note you have an analytical mind-set which enables you to make data driven improvements of performance and traffic on our platforms.
You are structured and thrive with both keeping an overview and minding the details. You are comfortable in participating in and driving cross functional projects and are focused on stakeholder involvement.
As you will work in a multi-cultural organisation, it is an absolute must that you master English on negotiation level both in writing and in speech. Fluent Danish proficiency is an advantage.

In September 2018, MASCOT moved into our headquarters in Pårup, west of Silkeborg. From here we offer a dynamic day in a state-of-the-art headquarters. The headquarters is built and decorated with focus on community, a good working environment and in such way, it supports the internal workflows. The lunch is made by our skilled chefs in the restaurant. Before and after work, you can freely use our well-equipped fitness centre with our own fitness instructor and state-of-the-art machines.
