About the Job

Our Country Manager for Norway has accepted a new international role at MASCOT, and we are now hiring his replacement.

You will be a part of an International team of dedicated colleagues reporting to our Market Director who is working from Denmark. Together you will coordinate the overall sales efforts for large-scale industry Key Accounts and trades that you know through your current position within sales. Your primary role will be to further develop the cooperation with our existing distributors and further develop the Norwegian market.

Along with the results you achieve when establishing and consolidating MASCOT's distributor network, you will lead a team of five Area Sales Managers that cover the Norwegian market.

Your tasks in the job:

  • Strengthen and grow the market position in Norway
  • Build, manage, motivate and inspire the sales team in Norway.
  • Working with existing Norwegian Key Accounts.
  • Acquiring new Key Accounts in the Construction, Crafts, Transportation Service and Industry businesses.


Professional skills:

You have at least 3 years’ experience as a Sales Manager in a B2B environment and it is prerequisite that you know the workwear or PPE industry.

You have a hands-on-attitude and work ethic, and can present solid and measurable results from previous jobs.

You have good negotiation skills, and a persuasive personality and you make long-term relationships with customers and distributors. You have management experience and know how to motivate sales representatives. You have the possibility to establish a home office. 


Personal skills:

In order to ensure the best results in the job, it´s important that you work independently and have a high work rate. You thrive in a fast paced and dynamic work environment where you can keep several balls in the air at the same time - without losing them. You are also a very responsible person, and you are used to working structured with customer reports and identifying/follow-up in your field. We prefer candidates with a stable CV.
It is expected that you already live in a metropolitan area near Oslo. You speak and write Norwegian on a native level, and you can communicate and negotiate in English.
