What we expect from you:
Sales - you are or want to be a world champion in sales, preferably with commercial experience in a B2B environment.
Energetic - you have loads of energy and are extremely good in making new contacts, and maintaining relationships at all levels with our end users and distributors. With good planning you can organise your own work day. You are driven by the goals you set and even more so, the achievement of these goals.
Attitude - your attitude is focused on working together in an active sales team with great colleagues and where teamwork, mutual support and respect are important success factors.
Enthusiasm - you can get enthusiastic about successfully selling quality products to the wearers of workwear in all professions and industries. You are eager to make new contacts.
Solutions - you take the initiative and focus on the opportunities instead of the limitations. You want to help end users with their daily work outfit. As a MASCOT Area Sales Promoter, it is your job to serve and actively build relationships with our distributors, as well as new and existing customers from various industries including construction, installation, transport and industry.
Ambition - you do have some sales experience and have the ambition to make a next step. Taking this change to work for a European market leader in workwear and be part of the development of our market share in Italy with the possibility to grow into the role of Account Manager and even more.
Your tasks are:
Most of your time you will focus on “New Business” to end users by working closely together with MASCOT’s local distributors.
MASCOT is an European professional and TESTED TO WORK company. In our current setup for Italy, we have a Country Manager (located in The Netherlands), an Area Sales Manager living in Milan, who is responsible for the distributors’ network, and an Italian Customer Service colleague, who is located at our HQ in Denmark.
In Grumello Del Monte (BG), we have a MASCOT showroom, where we can present the MASCOT concept to interested distributors and end users. MASCOT works with a push and pull strategy; on the one hand we fully support our distributor network and on the other hand we support the end user market, which will create more opportunities for our distributors. You will be a part of the Benelux, Italian & Polish team, which will grow from 22 to 30 colleagues this year.
