Statement of consent for the processing of personal data in connection with our recruitment process and any ongoing employment conditions:
In order to optimise the recruitment process, which includes contacting you and effectively assessing whether you are a qualified candidate for a vacant position at Mascot International A/S (CVR no. 1386 3385) or any subsidiaries where you might apply for employment (hereinafter referred to collectively as ’MASCOT’), MASCOT will collect and process personal data about you. In order to begin collecting and processing data about you, we first require your consent.
As an applicant, you are not obliged to provide your personal data as part of the recruitment process. Please note, however, that we require this data in order to assess whether you are a qualified candidate for the relevant position and to ultimately enter into an employment contract. We recommend that you only provide the personal data that is necessary in order to complete your application.
If you enter into an employment contract, you will be informed separately as to how MASCOT processes your personal data during your term of employment with the company.
Withdrawal of consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time, after which MASCOT will stop processing the personal data collected. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of any data processing carried out prior to your withdrawal. Consent can be withdrawn by sending an email to GDPR@mascot.dk. Alternatively, you can always use the 'Edit My Profile' feature on your EasyCruit account to delete your data.
