Your Responsibilities
- Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand business needs and design tailored hiring strategies.
- Proactively drive sourcing activities, attract and engage top candidates, and ensure a premium experience every step of the way.
- Champion our employer brand across channels and touchpoints.
- Leverage data and market insights to inform recruitment decisions and continuously improve processes.
- Drive strategic projects that elevate recruitment as a discipline.
What You Bring
- Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in an international environment.
- Strong sourcing, networking, and candidate engagement skills.
- Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Proactive, structured, and results-oriented mindset.
- Fluent English – and preferably French or German.
- Skilled in structured interviewing and assessment techniques.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (SuccessFactors a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
