Internal Sales Assistant

Internal Sales Assistant at MASCOT

In this role, you will become part of our Internal Sales team, where your main focus will be on providing excellent service to customers and distributors in the Italian and Spanish market. You’ll communicate by phone and email, help solve problems, and support with everything from product advice to order handling.

You’ll join a team of 50 skilled and friendly colleagues and work closely with other departments and international sales teams.

Your tasks will include:

• Delivering outstanding customer service via phone and email.
• Handling questions, solving issues, and offering guidance on products and services.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and external sales colleagues.
• Accurately processing orders and ensuring timely follow-up.

You’ll report to the Team Manager and collaborate with colleagues in Denmark and internationally.

What you bring:

• Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) and preferably Spanish as well.
• A background in customer service, communication, administration or sales.
• A good understanding of IT systems. Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, SAP or CRM is a plus.
• A structured and proactive approach to tasks.
• A team-oriented mindset, combined with the ability to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a dynamic environment.

Working hours

To meet the needs of our customers, your working hours at MASCOT headquarters will be:

• Monday–Wednesday: 08:00–16:30
• Thursday: 08:00–16:00
• Friday: 08:00–14:00
