Passionate About Cars? Become Our Fleet Manager for around 300 Vehicles Across 14 Countries

Do you live and breathe cars – not just as a mode of transport, but as valuable assets to be managed, optimized, and traded? Are you ready to take full ownership of a strategically important international vehicle fleet? Then you could be our new Fleet Manager.

We purchase nearly all our vehicles – only a small fraction is leased. Our current fleet consists of approximately 300 passenger cars across 14 countries. This approach allows us to capitalize on both operational control and the financial upside of vehicle resale. Now, we’re looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to optimize and grow this international operation.

Your Responsibilities

• Full ownership of fleet operations across 14 countries, including acquisition, maintenance, and resale planning for around 300 vehicles.
• Develop and execute our fleet strategy, with a strong focus on total cost of ownership and vehicle resale profitability.
• Conduct vehicle market research across countries to optimise purchasing and selling timing and pricing.
• Coordinate registrations, insurance, service contracts, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, dealers, and service partners.
• Utilize fleet management software and reporting tools to analyse usage, cost, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with finance, HR, country managers, and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and compliant operations.

As part of this role, you may occasionally be involved in identifying and sourcing rare or classic vehicles — a unique challenge for those with a true passion for automotive excellence.

Your Qualifications

• Experience in fleet management, logistics, or procurement – ideally in an international context, with proven ability to manage a purchased vehicle fleet and generate business value from vehicle lifecycle management.
• Strong commercial mindset with understanding of buying, reselling, depreciation, and capital utilization.
• Good IT skills (fleet management systems, Excel, ERP systems).
• Structured, analytical, and hands-on approach to problem solving.
• Committed to sustainability and capable of turning green visions into concrete actions.
• Fluent in Danish and English – essential for cross-border collaboration. German language skills are an advantage.
