Marketing Coordinator

If you are motivated by a working day filled with varying marketing tasks and management of marketing projects in an international environment, you might be our Marketing Coordinator.

In this position you are

  • Owner of local marketing plans
  • Point of contact for distributors and sales teams
  • Responsible for coordination and implementation

You are the Gateway and internal ambassador to your Local Market. You plan, execute and coordinate marketing activities in the German speaking countries as well as develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand and drive business growth. Your tasks include

  • Participation in the preparation of concept ideas and guidelines in close collaboration with the Head of Digital & Marketing Channels, International Marketing Manager, Sales Directors and Sales team
  • Conduct market research and identify trends and marketing mix in the markets
  • Desk research to identify potential marketing channels for our marketing communication
  • Support the sales teams with marketing activities with distributors. Participate in meetings with distributors presenting marketing initiatives and possibilities with MASCOT
  • Support the eCommerce team with webshop and SoMe content

Your profile

To succeed in this role, you are a detail-oriented, structured person with a sense of quality and responsibility. You will thrive if you are a team player with a proactive mindset. In addition, you:

  • Are fluent in German as well as English
  • Hold a higher education within marketing
  • Have experience with digital marketing disciplines
  • Communicate professionally with customers and distributors
  • Are tech savvy
  • Bring positive energy and a can-do attitude
