Customer Service Advisor

Our Customer Service team plays a key role in our global operations, supporting both customers and our sales team. Providing outstanding service is a core value, and we are committed to delivering it consistently. Right now, we are looking to expand our team with a Danish speaking Customer Service Advisor. The position is on-site from our Hanoi office.

Your tasks

Your main responsibility is handling incoming requests from customers via phone and mail and ensuring that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly. In addition, you will:

  • Accurately enter customer orders into SAP.
  • Balance company policies with customer needs to make effective decisions.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Your profile

You’re detail oriented and bring a friendly, patient, and empathetic attitude. You bring:

  • Professional proficiency in Danish and English
  • Customer service experience
  • Tech-savvy skills and proactive use of IT tools in a professional setting
  • Strong, professional communication skills
