Key Account Manager

Sales from both a strategic and operational perspective

As our new Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role with great development potential in the Turku area. Mascot International Finland OY is part of a rapidly growing international group with a robust distributor network through which we sell exclusively. In this position, you will focus primarily on specifying and presenting MASCOT's products and services to end users, as well as coordinating the sales process through our distributors (we do not sell directly to end users). You will be instrumental in developing sales in close collaboration with our distributors to ensure that sales objectives are met for the end customer, the distributors, and MASCOT.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generating interest in MASCOT’s products among large and medium-sized end users in a variety of industries through proactive field sales.
  • Conducting effective meetings and presentations to highlight our solutions and products.
  • Following up on quotes and maintaining a sales pipeline.
  • Building strong, long-term customer relationships with both distributors and end customers.
  • Collaborating with our distributor network on strategic customers.
  • Developing sales strategies with our distributors.
  • Identifying market and industry trends, new initiatives, and potential customers.

You will work closely with MASCOT’s Country Manager in Finland and become part of a well-functioning, experienced, and committed team that prioritizes knowledge sharing, enthusiasm, energy, and results.

Strong and proactive sales profile with drive and focus

We expect you to have:

  • Proven experience in proactive field sales.
  • Experience with workwear/PPE and Key Account Management (knowledge of multinorm workwear is a plus).
  • A clear understanding that sales success is created in the field, not only from the office.
  • Residence in the Turku area, a B driver’s license, and the option to work from a home office when necessary.

  • Possess a personality that customers and colleagues enjoy working with.
  • Listen carefully to customers’ needs and communicate effectively in both writing and speech with decision-makers at different levels.
