Dynamic days in an international environment
At MASCOT, it is not only our products that are of top quality – so is our customer service. In this role you will join our English-speaking customer service team, and together with more than 45 skilled colleagues you will give our customers and external sales colleagues a service that live up to or exceed their expectations. Not two days are alike, and you will have a wide range of tasks that among others include:
You will report to our Team Manager Export and work closely together with colleagues in the team in Denmark as well as colleagues working from our site in Hanoi, Vietnam.
Customer service professional with excellent English skills
You hold a relevant education within administration, communication, sales or trade, and preferably you also have experience from a similar job in an international company.
You must master English fluently, both in writing and in speech. Mastering another language like German or Dutch will be an advantage, but it is not a prerequisite. You have strong IT skills, and it is a plus if you have worked with CRM, Outlook and Microsoft Office.
On a personal note, you are outgoing and being helpful and service oriented is part of your DNA. You are a team player, but you can also handle tasks on your own. You thrive in a dynamic environment where you will handle a wide range of tasks where several of them are routine tasks. You have a can-do attitude; you are driven and you are proactive in your approach. You are structured and pay attention to the important details, which enables you in handling your tasks and meeting deadlines without losing focus – even when days are busy.
Working hours that fit our customers’ needs
At MASCOT it is important that we are available when our customers and sales employees across the world need us. Therefore you will be working from our HQ during these hours:
Monday - Wednesday: 08.00-16.30
Thursday: 08.00-16.00
Friday: 08.00-14.00

MASCOT's headquarters are in Pårup, just west of Silkeborg. We are located next to the Herning motorway and the A13 highway, making it easy to get there from the entire central and eastern Jutland area.
Our headquarters offers a state-of-the-art setting, both in terms of its interior and exterior. In addition to our well-furnished office space, our offices invite fellowship and a good working environment. Our skilled chefs prepare lunch in the restaurant, which colleagues enjoy with a view of fields and forest from the top floor of the building.
