Business Analyst

MASCOT is expanding its online activities!

As a fast-growing international company, we are looking for a talented Business Analyst (BA) to join our development team in Hanoi. The focus of the BA will be to work closely with the development team who create innovative websites and ecommerce applications. We are searching for someone who will create implementation requirements and develop IT plans with relevant stakeholders. This position is a great opportunity for a self-motivated individual excited to create one-of-a-kind websites. You should be eager, self-motivated, focused and excited to collaborate with a creative team to help execute concepts.

Responsibilities and tasks

• Collaborate with team members to understand organizational and operational challenges
• Create documentation system for project specifications and user manuals
• Keep up to date on the latest applications of information technology
• Implement new IT operations into the company from the initial idea to the project completion
• Draft statistical reports that assist decision-makers in choosing the right programs
• Manage technical difficulties and work with developers when necessary
• Knowledge in website development & eCommerce is an advantage
• Communicate and work with foreign colleagues in the office or via the internet with colleagues in Denmark

Qualifications and skills

• Business Analysis Requirements Gathering / Validation Agile Delivery
• 3-5 Years as a Business Analyst or a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar
• Positive working attitude, good self-study abilities, knowledge about new technologies
• Able to read, write and communicate in English
